Sports massage is a technique developed to help athletes before, during, or after training or competition. As your sports massage therapist, I incorporate different techniques to help prevent injuries, to promote flexibility and to reduce muscle soreness and tension.
Sports massage may also be used to assist in the healing process for sports injuries. By incorporating joint movements and soft tissue manipulation, I seek to help you heal and get back to top performance.
